Ahh! Walkabout, the golf course we have all been waiting for. The
Nature Gods of Australia and America have laid their hands on an
ordinary piece of land and produced a Miracle in Florida’s Space
Coast.
The East coast of Florida has many great golf courses to choose from. From playable public courses, to some of the best and nicest semi-private and primvate courses. Looking to be within driving distance of many different course styles and levels of play.
Golf and Golf Course
Walkabout Golf and Country course is a course designed in the style of the Australian outback. Many undulations and unique shots into the green identify the play at this course. I recently had an opportunity to play this course and was challenged by the play at this course. If you are traveling in the Central Florida area this is a course that you may want to give a try if the lack of a proper clubhouse and pro shop does not bother you. They have plans to add that in the future, but nothing is being developed as of this date in mid 2007.
